By accessing or using GEO Visibility, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.
2. Description of Service
GEO Visibility provides AI search visibility tracking, SEO auditing, content analysis, and brand monitoring tools. The service crawls publicly available websites, queries AI models, and generates reports to help you understand and improve your brand's visibility across AI-powered search engines.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the service to crawl or audit websites you do not own or have authorization to analyze, attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service, use automated systems to access the service in a manner that exceeds reasonable request volumes, or share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
5. Subscription Plans and Billing
GEO Visibility offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of GEO Visibility are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you provide to the service. We do not claim ownership of the websites you audit or the brands you monitor.
7. Limitation of Liability
GEO Visibility is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI visibility scores, audit results, or recommendations. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, though we may retain certain data as required by law.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with the updated terms, you should stop using the service and delete your account.
